A message from the Anticipation Hub
We are thrilled to share our third Anticipation Hub newsletter with you all. This includes the launch of our first 3 year Strategy for the Anticipation Hub, developed in consultation with our partners, outlining our vision, mission, aims, values and strategic priorities. We are excited to implement this Strategy with support from our partners in the coming years.

This newsletter is packed full of resources on anticipatory action and compound risk, forecasting, conflict, health, and cash and social protection – including blogs, webinar recordings and more. The virtual Regional Dialogue Platforms have been a great success with over 700 participants. We hope you are enjoying the Africa Dialogue Platform – don't forget to register so you can access all the recordings!

It is empowering to see the anticipatory action community amplifying the need to scale up anticipatory action through global dialogues, including the recent ECOSOC HAS side event on Anticipatory Action. The Anticipation Hub is now a partner of the Risk-informed Early Action Partnership (REAP) and the InsuResilience Global Partnership and we look forward to collaborating with them both on advocacy and risk financing for scaling up anticipatory action. We are also delighted to now have the UK’s Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) as our newest donor government partner.

I hope you enjoy reading the newsletter and keep safe and healthy over the coming months.

Best regards
Alexandra Rüth, Head of the Anticipation Hub
